Do you have an eye for beautiful images and a heart for reaching people through our livestream? As a video technician, you will ensure that the events in our church services are conveyed professionally and attractively via the livestream as well as on site (in the bistro area and in the ElKi room). With your flair for colours, imagery and composition, you will arouse emotions and contribute to the atmospheric design.

Tasks

These are typical activities for this job profile.
  • Control of the cameras or image editing during the service
  • Preparation: Creating camera presets (positions, zoom levels, colours, focus, etc.) for the band, moderation, sermon, etc.
  • Planning processes and transitions: understanding when and where important actions such as solos or speeches take place
  • Ensuring an aesthetic and emotional visual language through colour design, ratios and camera work
  • Collaboration with lighting/visual and media technicians to ensure a harmonious overall production

Requirements

You should have these skills or willingness to work.
  • Basic technical understanding and initial experience in the field of cameras/video editing are an advantage
  • An eye for aesthetic images, colours and image composition
  • Ability to concentrate and work precisely live, even under pressure
  • Ability to work in a team, reliability and the willingness to familiarise yourself with new things
  • Participation in irregular team workshops for exchange and further training
