The shepherd takes on a pastoral task in the small group. As a shepherd, you look after the believers in your group and accompany them on their path of discipleship
Tasks
- Leads a small group, providing a concrete framework and moderating
- Supports the participants in their growth in faith and discipleship and in strengthening their spiritual home in the Seetal chile.
- Reflects with the small group on the last sermon and supports the participants in drawing personal conclusions for themselves
- Facilitates personal dialogue in the small group on questions of faith and life
Requirements
- Supports and implements the philosophy of the small groups in concrete terms
- Experience in managing people is an advantage
- Was already a member of a small group concrete
- Leads the small group in an integrative and impact-orientated manner
- Can deal with the diversity of personalities and beliefs
- Self-discipleship, heart and eye for the spiritual path of a person, faithfulness, perseverance
- Participation in a shepherd training course before taking up the position
- Participation in 4 shepherd meetings per year
