As an online host, you are the first point of contact for visitors to our online church services. Your main tasks include welcoming and supporting participants, answering questions and accepting prayer requests via chat. You promote a warm and welcoming atmosphere and have a lot of creative freedom. 

Tasks

  • Preparation along the schedule of the service (for example, reading the links, preparing Bible passages and texts)
  • Participation in the briefing before the service (voluntary)
  • Live chat with the livestream participants, communication of further information from the service
  • Receipt of prayer requests, individual and confidential online prayer with livestream participants

Requirements

You should have these skills or willingness to work.
  • Enjoyment and interest in the livestream
  • Openness to new people
  • Basic technical understanding, practised use of PC/Mac or tablet
  • Good self-organisation and time for individual preparation along the course of the service
